Pleasant stay in Oulu
Very nice staff, received info to all our questions. The room was a bit small but cosy and could fit everything we needed. They have a very nice restaurant and the food was delicious. Amazing breakfast buffet. Sauna and indoor swimming pool perfect to end a day's walk around. Very close to the train station.
Some rooms face a building on the other side of the road, pretty close so a bit of attention is needed for privacy (don't forget to close the blinds). The bathroom shower was a bit leaky.

On the day of departure, I had to arrange a late check-out with late notice, and the staff provided me with this without any questions. + I liked the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly.

Great location, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, an awesome breakfast buffet.
The rooms were a bit too small. No closets to put our clothes in, and not enough space to open the suitcases comfortably on the floor.

Comfortable and unpretentious hotel, feeling at home
Breakfast is variegated and good. More traditional dishes would be appreciated. Staff has been helpful and kind. Sauna is nice, and opening hours are respected.
Restaurant for dinner to be improved. We waited for a table, no one cared, we asked for a table and they sent us in the pub, no one came asking for the order, I ask if it was possible to order, but no one arrived. We moved to another restaurant.
